Robert – the guy with great chin-ups and a permanent smile! When he’s not jet-setting around the world, Robert is consistently knocking out 2-3 sessions per week and punching out some impressive lifting. Well done!

Angela Vinci Joins the 500 Club

I need to find harder workouts for Angela, as she’ll typically complete the EFM workout (with only a few grumbles, depending on how many burpees are involved), then continue on doing ‘extras’. A well deserving, hard-working EFMer, It is my great pleasure to welcome Angela to the 500 club!

Amy Gilmour joins the 100 Club

In 2008, Amy was a member of EFM Ferntree Gully, and played in against EFM Hawthorn East in the annual netball comp. Suffice to say, Amy did not see a win on that occasion. Fast forward to 2011 – Amy joined EFM Hawthorn East, played for with us, and was part of the mix in our winning combination! Fast forward again to 2012 and Amy joins the 100 Club. Great stuff!

Dani Oerman Joins the 100 Club

100 Club – Smile!
Dani and her partner Andy joined us from EFM St Kilda around a year ago and soon found themselves comfortable! Dani also has a mysterious history of EFM membership in Adelaide, with visits there rumoured to be in the 100′s. Nonetheless, the was happy to start again at zero at her new EFM home. Well done Dani – keep up the great work!
